Service Description
All welcome. Suitable for complete beginners and those with a little hula hoop experience. Learn to hoop from your fingers to your toes with tricks, technique and flowing sequences. Improve your coordination, skills and fitness in this friendly inclusive class. Wear clothes you can move in comfortably and bring a bottle of water. Hula hoops will be provided but you are also welcome to bring your own. Check out our hula hoop shop for a custom hoop to keep practising at home.
