Service Description
Suitable for those with some hula hoop experience up to advanced level. Learn tricks, technique and flowing sequences, master your multihooping or tackle some twins. Improve your coordination, skills and fitness in this friendly inclusive class. Wear clothes you can move in comfortably and bring a bottle of water. Hula hoops will be provided but you are also welcome to bring your own. Check out our hula hoop shop for a custom hoop to keep practising at home.
